Also waiting time to talk to a real person is 45 minutes at 10pm et?There are many people work from their home you know!

@AtlanticBBInc Tech coming Tuesday (should be interesting, install tech previously told me they don't support very slow speeds.. that was when they installed it). I've been reporting to your support for weeks that my logs are full of power errors and config errors Here though, uploads his issue

@AtlanticBBInc .. this company is crazy. I just got a $520 invoice due for service. Heck they cant even provide me with their 1 Gigabit service now they want to bill me $520 for service. This is insanity.

@AtlanticBBInc @rtmpgh Same problem. Rebooted and resetting all day. AGAIN. 30 minutes wait Send me a new one too. I’m tired of the “lot of Zoom meetings” response. Every day I have to reboot. Send me a new box. Especially since you just started charging more.

@AtlanticBBInc I have been on the phone for 2 agents - the first was regular customer agent who tried some fixes and then put me they to tech agent. She got internet running bit TiVo still had issue - she tried se real things then everything went dead again and internet down
