We pay for 500 mbps with @breezeline for internet and it’s garbage for streaming. Numerous outages since they bought out WOW and every time we have an issue it’s close to impossible to get ahold of customer service. Has anyone had luck trying to cancel?

I was told I had to wait another 24 hours to contact @Breezeline again before requesting a technician to come out and get me connected to the internet. Even after I told them I work from home and depend on it. Great customer service. /sarcasm

Damn @breezeline jerking me around, was promised $39 p/mo but bill is $49. A chat didn’t resolve it… how’s Verizon internet? (Oh @breezeline has new customer plans starting at $19.99 p/mo). I miss #WOW internet.

@breezeline I did, and the guy couldn’t really help me. So how do I cancel? If you keep raising the prices for existing customers and new customers get internet for as low as $19.99.

Amazing how bad @breezeline is. I've had 40% transmit packet loss and 18% receiving packet loss all day in Columbus and the same for my friends throughout the city.

@breezeline1 @breezeline, you need to do something about your customer service. contacted chat 3x. First guy rebooted modem 2x, and then disconnected and ended chat. 2nd chat xferrd me, then the 2nd rep ended the chat. Chat now to be over 20min wait. 75min wait on phone
