@AtlanticBBInc @Showtime I have the highest internet possible & it says my signal strength is excellent, YET it takes 12 minutes to upload a :58 second video. I'm getting scammed & ripped off & they just say, well you can go somewhere else, but they're the only provider around. CLASSACTION LAWSUIT ANYONE

@cogeco Let me guess this also affects @breezeline customers as well? Bring back WOW! so far your script reading CSR’s aren’t helpful in the slightest. This outage for closing in on 48 hours has cost us 2 days wage. Get it fixed.

@breezeline1 @breezeline, you need to do something about your customer service. contacted chat 3x. First guy rebooted modem 2x, and then disconnected and ended chat. 2nd chat xferrd me, then the 2nd rep ended the chat. Chat now to be over 20min wait. 75min wait on phone
