What does rocky road have in it?

Traditional rocky road is made by mixing melted chocolate with marshmallows and other ingredients. In Australia, rocky road often contains dried fruit, lollies, coconut or nuts. In the UK, rocky road was traditionally known as tiffin and usually contains digestive biscuits and a dusting of icing sugar. Americans sometimes add walnuts or almonds to theirs.

Although rocky road is always supposed to contain marshmallows, Australian chef Curtis Stone recently confessed to us that he prefers making it without.
