This is the easiest “easy garlic bread casserole recipe” ever. I am a stay at home and homeschooling mom, so I cook a lot of meals. And, to find meals that the whole family will love is sometimes challenging. Usually, every week we have spaghetti, meatballs and garlic bread. A family favorite is the garlic cheese bread that I buy in the frozen section of my local supermarket. However, this week I wanted to try something new with my garlic cheese bread that I had purchased, so I was looking at what items that I had in my pantry and created this yummy casserole.

Even tho I used the slices of cheesy garlic bread or the box of Texas toast, there are different options.

  1. Create your own buttery garlic bread (Cheaper version), for example: slices of white bread, add a butter mixture of butter and garlic powder to each slice of bread, then added any cheese or maybe a single layer of creamy mozzarella cheese.
  2. Italian bread sliced and prepared like above bread.
  3. Ball of dough or pizza dough found in the freezer section of the supermarket. Pinch off, place in pan and prepare like above bread with the delicious garlic butter mixture
  4. French bread and prepared like above bread.

  2. Once meat is browned, add the sauce and mix well. Set mixture to the side.
